| Customer Reviews: Great Frame, Not so Great Hardware August 31, 2010 Mel5454 Great frame, packaged very well, but included hardware was annoying to put on...you had to twist the wires around the hooks and then twist the hooks into the sides of the frame...on one side, the back of the frame splintered a bit while doing so...on the other side, the wood didn't splinter because I put the hook back a little further but then my picture didn't fit without pinching the back of it a little. Then I had to slide the picture in. The only damages this created are on the backside, so nobody knows but me...but it would still have been nice not to have to deal with that.
