The only complaint I have is most times the clamshell holder snaps shut when you remove the brush rather than remaining open

I find this brush is easy to use with my arthritic hands, looks good, and of course, does a good job. Once again, OXO puts out a great product.

The toilet brush holder fell apart when I took it out of the box; it dropped and broke into pieces. My husband who is very mechanical figured out how the snaps and springs worked and put it back together.
The brush itself doesn't do a great job on cleaning.
I purchased it because I wanted a really nice looking toilet brush and it is.
