Nice heavy pan. Completely non stick. Cleans up with soap and water. Makes HUGE popovers. Use the very bottom rack only in the oven. Popovers came out around 8" tall!

I have purchased a number of items through Amazon and have been pleased. Usually what you see is what you get. I was very excited to get a Nordic Ware popover pan. I reviewed with many sellers and was pleased with the pan with the handels, which by the way is what is pictured in the large selling area. I was very upset and dissapointed when the pan I had ordered did not arrive, but the item pictured in the tiny area under the main item under "mosses", gold, no handels, solid, yuk! I called the Family store and when I informed them that I did not recieve what I ordered I was told that in the mini extra pictures under "moses" was the picture of the item they were selling, not the large picture that comes up with the price and item number!!!!!! I immediatly returned the item and they refunded the original price but I was still out $8.95 to ship it back and felt a huge switcharoo victom. I orded the pan from J.C Pennys because I tried again through Amazon and the same item came up with the obscure "moses" picture below, wasn't about to trust them again. If you are selling an outdated item then you should show the correct picture of the item! Would not at all recommend The Family Store as a seller to anyone! Recieved the pan I ordered from J.C.Penny, popovers were perfect every time and delicious!
